These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India, unless applicable law provides consumers with additional rights.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
