Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to eligible purchases made through Dhimson Learn. The course page and checkout identify the course provider and seller. A course may have additional terms that are more favourable to the learner. Nothing in this policy removes a mandatory right or remedy available under applicable consumer law.
2. How to request a refund or change
Submit the request through the learner account or email info@dhimson.com with the order number, course or booking name, reason and requested outcome. Do not provide card numbers or OTPs.
3. Self-paced digital courses
Unless the course page provides more favourable terms, a learner may request cancellation within 7 calendar days after purchase where less than 20% of measured content has been accessed, no completion certificate has been generated, no substantial non-returnable benefit has been redeemed, and the request is not abusive.
4. Live courses and cohort programmes
- Cancellation at least 7 calendar days before the first scheduled session: full course-fee refund (unless the course page states more favourable terms).
- Between 72 hours and 7 days before the first session: 75% course-fee refund.
- Less than 72 hours before the first session, after start, or after substantial benefit use: no automatic refund, subject to mandatory rights.
5. One-to-one tutor sessions
Unless the tutor profile states more favourable terms: cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the session — no cancellation fee; less than 24 hours or no-show — session fee may be non-refundable; tutor cancellation — full refund or rescheduling.
6. Provider cancellation or material change
Where a paid course or session is cancelled or materially changed, the learner may choose a full refund of the affected amount or transfer to a genuinely comparable service with agreement.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless law requires otherwise. Dhimson will initiate approved refunds within 7 business days. Banks may take an additional 5–10 to display the credit.
8. Complaints
Disagreements may be raised through the Grievance Redressal process with the order number and refund decision reference.
