For learners
Step 1: Review the course — Check provider, level, syllabus, delivery method, schedule, access period, total price, refund terms and certificate status.
Step 2: Check the provider label — Provided by Dhimson; by an independent tutor; by a partner company; or sponsored (sponsor and eligibility shown on the page).
Step 3: Create an account — At launch, accounts are available only to individuals aged 18 years or above.
Step 4: Confirm the order — Before payment, you will see the course, provider, final amount, tax treatment, access period and key policies. Optional paid items are not preselected.
Step 5: Access learning — Features vary by course. Live support, downloads, assessments, recordings or certificates are included only if stated on the course page.
