How do I access my purchased courses?
After purchasing a course, you can access it immediately from your student dashboard. Simply log in to your account and navigate to "My Courses".
Can I get a refund for a course?
Eligibility depends on the course type and how much content you have accessed. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy and raise a request from your account or via Contact. For disputes, use the Grievance Redressal process.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Certificate availability varies by course. Check the course page for its certificate details; eligible certificates are available from your learner dashboard after completion.
